At Car Builder Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your project. If a part isn't right for your build, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned parts to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
